- We consider candidates who are permanent residents or citizens of Australia or New Zealand. We can consider candidates on a visa which offers unrestricted working rights and hours including the right to remain in Australia. If we are unable to find a suitable candidate locally, we are open to sponsoring a visa for the right individual.
- You must be aged 18 or over to work in a Vodafone Business Centre in Australia.
- The time the recruitment process takes can vary from one position to the next. The hiring process can take up to 4 weeks.
- All applicants will receive a response. If you are successful in progressing to the shortlist stage of our recruitment process, one of our recruitment team members will be in touch to discuss the next steps and organise an interview. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, there can be a delayed period of time until you are contacted.
- The interview process will involve a phone call with one of our Talent Acquisition representatives, followed by a face-to-face interview with a Business Centre Manager. You may also be asked to complete a Digital Interview where you will be asked to provide examples of how you have demonstrated competencies in your previous roles.
