Is your tech giving your business room to breathe?
A quick health check of the connectivity and systems your business runs on. Answer 14 questions and you’ll get a score, a breakdown across seven areas, and the three fixes worth making first.
The health check
Seven areas. Two questions each.
Answer honestly, not hopefully. Your result appears straight away, and nothing is sent to us unless you ask for your report by email.
What it looks at
The unglamorous stuff that decides whether growth sticks.
New customers, a second site, an online store: each one leans on the same connections, devices and contracts underneath. When that layer is thin, every new idea costs more to run. The health check finds where yours is thin.
Questions
About the health check
How long does it take?
About three minutes. There are 14 multiple-choice questions across seven areas, and your result appears as soon as you answer the last one.
Do you store my answers?
Not unless you ask for your report by email. The score is worked out in your browser. If you request the report, your name, contact details, score and answers are sent to our sales team so they can email it to you and talk you through it.
Who is it for?
Any Australian business that relies on mobiles, internet and cloud tools to trade, from a two-person office to a fleet across several sites. It’s most useful before a big change such as a new site, a hiring wave or an ecommerce launch.
What does the score mean?
80 or above means you have healthy headroom and should focus on fine-tuning. Between 55 and 79 you’re getting by, but friction is costing you time. Below 55, fix the foundations (connectivity, backups, fewer providers) before adding anything new on top.
What happens if I book a review?
A member of our team looks at your current services, checks coverage and NBN options at your actual addresses, and tells you what we’d change and why. If nothing needs changing, we’ll say so.
How often should I run it?
Once or twice a year, and again after any major change in how the business runs.
