Every request gets a ticket number and a person attached to it, so nothing depends on who happened to answer the phone. Orders, hardware, plan changes, billing and escalations all go through the same queue.

How business accounts work

Your business account is managed here.

VBC Hub is a Vodafone Business Centre, and a business account opened through a business centre is managed by that centre. Your plans, hardware, billing and porting sit with us — we hold the account, so we can act on it directly rather than pass you along. Where something needs to go further inside Vodafone, we escalate it for you. A few things are faster through Vodafone’s own teams.

Managed by us

  • New connections, upgrades and plan changes
  • Adding or removing services on your account
  • Hardware and device orders, replacements and returns
  • SIM and eSIM issues, including number porting
  • Billing and invoice queries on your VBC Hub account
  • Anything that needs escalating inside Vodafone — we do that for you

Faster through Vodafone’s own teams

  • A network outage affecting your area right now
  • A lost or stolen device that needs blocking outside business hours
  • Anything on a personal, non-business Vodafone account

Not sure which it is? Raise it with us anyway — we would rather point you to the right team than have you wait in the wrong queue.

Raise a ticket.

Tell us what has happened and we will pick it up from there. You will get a ticket number by email, and an account manager attached to it.

What happens next

Every ticket has a number and a name against it.

That is the difference between a ticketing system and an inbox: you can ask where something is, and there is an answer.

You get a ticket number

Confirmed by email as soon as it is raised, so you have a reference from the start.

It goes to a person

Your account manager sees it. Not a shared queue that nobody owns.

You can chase it

Quote the number on the phone and whoever answers can see exactly where it sits.

It closes properly

Nothing is marked done until the thing you asked for has actually happened.
